How to Order:

Online

You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using our secure site. Simply complete the order form, making sure you've completed all the necessary details and submit it on line. Unfortunately, due to the tremendous increase in credit card fraud originating from web-based non-ISP e-mail domains such as hotmail.com, juno.com, usa.net and hundreds of others, we no longer process orders with payment by credit card from such domains. If you only have one of these types of e-mail accounts, you can only purchase through our Company using an International Wire Transfer or an International Bank Draft.

By Fax

Please print the order form, complete it and fax it to us - any time day or night on +64 7 863 8509. Fax orders may be placed with a credit card only.

By Mail

Please print the order form, complete it and post it with a cheque (NZ) or your credit card details to: Conversion Components, 16 Reservoir Street, Waihi BOP, New Zealand.

Our phone line is manned from 9 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday for easy ordering. However you may place telephone orders 24 hours a day.
Call +64 7 863 8509 for overseas callers (when we have retired to bed a fax machine we will only accept calls).

How to Pay:

You have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard or by cheque, if you order by mail. Overseas orders must be paid by Credit Card or Bank Draft in New Zealand Dollars or International Wire Transfer.

Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. For New Zealand residents: you can expect your order to arrive at your door within four days. All of our deliveries are made by courier to the Street address you specify. They are dispatched by Skyroad Couriers. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange a suitable delivery time with them. Our Courier and Insurance charge is $12 for the North Island and $24 for the South Island. Any additional cartons, if required, will be charged at cost.
International residents: Freight will depend on the weight of the product. We will e-mail you with the final order price before charging your credit card.

Personalised Products

Because personalised products have been customised to suit your requirements, we cannot accept returns, unless of course an imprinting error has been made on our part. If this should occur, please contact us immediately and we will ensure that it is put right promptly.

Returns

All of our items are checked before despatch and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for your goods to be collected and replaced or arrange for you to return it to us at our cost. We will not accept product shipped back to us as C.O.D. Personalised products are non-returnable, unless there is an imprinting error on our part.

We are periodically able to offer other products and services that we feel may interest our customers. So you may receive details of special offers from us in the future. However, should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld from these mailings. All parts are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.
